One pair per row: find on the left, replace on the right. Leave the replacement empty to delete. The exported file can be imported directly into EnjoyPDF batch replacement.

Issues
- All replacements are applied to the original text at the same time and never chain: with both "A → B" and "B → C", an original A becomes B and an original B becomes C.
- When keywords overlap, the longer keyword wins.
- Set number columns to "Text" format in Excel, otherwise leading zeros are lost.
